Hello everyone! I have been at work on my new project. It’s so much different than pen and ink and I am enjoying the process.

This piece I am doing is actually a home commission for my kitchen wall. I bought an 8 x 6’ birch panel at home depot and cut them down into 1 x 1’ and 1 x 2” block panels. I am carving them up and will be painting and adding some found objects and using foam for sculptural use as well. Excited to be using oil paint again as I have not touched oil paints since college back in the 1990s! As you can see, my Dremel and new bandsaw has been hard at work!
