The Path to Tsurdyafeil

I have started a new series with 6 pieces planned. Each work will be 4” wide by 12” tall and I am focusing on scenes that I find while hiking in the forest. I guess this is in a similar vein as my Fantastical Roots series but with slight differences in that I have a strict framing format with scenes that are not exclusively monstrous tree roots, but more shots from along the path so it really could be anything from a close up to sweeping landscape. Here is my first piece in the series called ‘The Path to Tsurdyafeil’.
